Handstand Workshop with Aaron Simon

Coming this April we welcome back Aaron Simon for another handstand workshop - you do not want to miss this highly popular handstand experience!   

This workshop will cover handstand training techniques, skills and progressions targeting strength, flexibility, and range of motion and so much more. This workshop is specifically catered for all levels of practitioners, as well as upleveling for those who have attended Aaron's previous workshops.   

Whether you are a beginner or an advancing practitioner this workshop will give you a deeper insight into the handstand practice as well as effective tools to help you get your feet off the ground!
