Vinyasa

Both Heated & Unheated classes

Vinyasa is a dynamic, full-body practice that blends movement with breath in a continuous, flowing sequence. Often described as a moving meditation, each class links breath to movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus. No two classes are the same — the flow, music, and creative sequencing vary depending on the teacher and the intention for the day, offering a fresh and energising experience every time.

Hot 26

Hot 26 is a structured practice built around a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the entire body from head to toe. The consistent sequence allows you to track progress, build resilience, and deepen your understanding of each posture over time. With a strong focus on spinal health, balance, and mobility, this 60-minute class is practiced in a heated room at 40°C to support flexibility, circulation, and detoxification.

Hatha

Both Heated & Unheated classes

Hatha Yoga blends mindful movement with focused alignment, making it accessible to all levels. Slower-paced than a flow class, it emphasizes longer holds and deep exploration of each posture. You’ll move through a thoughtful mix of standing and floor poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance, while discovering new variations and alignment principles along the way. Every class is a chance to connect with your body, deepen your practice, and find calm in movement.
