New to Yo Yoga?
Being Prepared
If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with Hot 26 or Hot Hatha. Eat a light meal 2 hours before class, stay hydrated and arrive 15 minutes early. If you feel unwell during class, simply rest and rejoin when you're ready.
Booking
Classes are booked through our free BookaMat app. Create an account, choose your package and reserve your spot. Need help? Just get in touch.
What to Bring
Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Don't have a mat or towel? We have rentals available.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Yoga is practiced barefoot.
Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time, leave your shoes outside the yoga room, keep conversation to reception and respect the quiet atmosphere.
Before You Practice
Please don't attend class if you're unwell, under the influence of alcohol, or if your doctor has advised against exercise. If you're pregnant or have a medical condition, please speak to your healthcare provider first.
