SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

The Yo Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training Course in Tofo, Mozambique will begin at 5pm on Sunday the 28th April and finish at 10am on Sunday the 26 May 2019.

 

Each week on the course is designed to cover 50 hours of training within 5 ½  days and the remaining 1 ½ days  given to the trainees to decompress, relax, explore the beauty of Tofo’s surroundings as well as digest the previous weeks work before entering into the next week of teacher training.

  • Monday to Friday / Full day

  • Saturday / Half day

  • Sunday / Off day (excluding the closing practice on Sunday 28 May)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

This 200 hour full-time course is for the aspiring teachers and experienced practitioners looking to empower themselves and others.

 

  • It is recommended that applicants have an established practice before joining the course. Special exception can be given with the approval from the lead trainer.

  • Upon acceptance of your application you can secure your place on the course with a non-refundable deposit of R8000.

PREPARING FOR THE YO YOGA TTC

 

  • This course will demand a great deal of physical, mental and emotional effort. It is recommended that you prepare yourself with a daily practice. Your practice should include asana, pranayama, meditation and should align with a Vinyasa practice method.

  • Commit to a healthy diet now to best prepare your body and mind for the TTC.

  • Read yoga books and commit time to research.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

 

All trainees will stay at the Turtle Cove lodge. The lodge has accommodation, restaurant and bar, swimming pool, kitchen, wifi, laundry service, outside areas to relax as well as comfortable en-suite accommodation with a daily cleaning service.

  • There are 5 single en-suite rooms with a double bed.

  • There are 6 double en-suite rooms that accommodate 15 people in total.

  • There are 2 dorm rooms that accommodates up to 3 people per dorm.

  • Camping option is also available (equipment not included).

COURSE FEES

 

  • R36 000  (all inclusive with single accommodation).

  • R33 000 (all inclusive with shared accommodation).

  • R31 000 (all inclusive with dormitory accommodation).

  • Early bird special (save R3000 when paid in full by 28 January, R1500 by 28 February, R1000 by 28 March).

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of R8000 is required.
