3 month part-time, yo yoga, Cape Town - 3 June - 27 August (Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yo Bikram)

3 april - 5 may 2017

There will be a four day break over the Easter weekend (closed on the 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th April). The course will be run as normal over the two other public holidays (open on the 27th April and 1st May).

Through our course, you will learn about yoga in incredible depth. Simple and effective techniques will guide you to be able to adapt to the different needs of your clients and therefore develop yourself as a more versatile and attractive option in the yoga market. For this reason, we have designed the course to offer 30 hrs more teaching practice than most other Yoga Alliance registered courses.

The course is challenging at times and you are expected to commit 100% to your development over the period of the course. We understand that life happens and hurdles arise, so we encourage all trainees to maintain a healthy communication channel with their instructors. You will discover on this course that support is immense, from both instructors and fellow trainees, and a holistic and non-judgemental approach to your yoga journey is always encouraged.

3 june - 27 aug

The three-month course runs every Saturday and Sunday for thirteen weeks from the 3rd of June until the 27th August (Excluding the 17th and 18th of June).

One thing that makes this course unique is that trainees have the benefit of learning two different practices - Ashtanga-Vinyasa (moving practice) and Yo Bikram (holding practice). This ables the TTC graduate to adaptable to the different needs of their clients and become a versatile and attractive option in the yoga market. The Yo Yoga course therefore requires 30 hours more teaching practice than your standard TTC model.

The beauty of this model is that you can do all your lessons and required practice hours on Saturdays and Sundays alone. This would mean practicing two morning classes before the afternoon lectures along with another class in the early evening. Alternatively, you could choose to practice during the week to make up the hours. To complete the hours required, you would need to attend all the weekend lectures and complete an additional seven practice hours each week. See the weekend schedule below for details.

- 9am to 10.30am Bikram class
- 11am to 12pm Flow class
- 12.30pm to 4.30pm TTC lectures
- 5pm to 6pm Yo Bikram class

- 9am to 10.30am Ashtanga class
- 11am to 12.30pm Yo Birkam class
- 12.30pm to 4.30pm TTC lecture
